800年以上の歴史をもつ日本遺産地「京都・和束町」の茶葉を使用した本格派抹茶ラテです。
ご自身で点てられた抹茶をミルクに注げば抹茶本来の深みやビター感を味わえ、
抹茶シロップを加えるとまろやかな甘みと奥行きをお楽しみいただけます。

Until now, our arranged drinks were prepared by staff to ensure consistent quality.
However, for guests who visit to enjoy the experience of whisking their own matcha,
you can now make the matcha for your matcha latte yourself.
This authentic matcha latte is made with tea leaves from Wazuka, Kyoto,
a Japanese Heritage site with over 800 years of tea history.
When you pour your freshly whisked matcha into the milk,
you’ll taste the rich depth and refined bitterness of true matcha,
and by adding matcha syrup, you can enjoy a smooth sweetness and layered flavor.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking or try your hand at a bit of latte art.
