CHASHITSU timeは2025年12月26日（金）〜2026年1月5日（月）は休業とさせていただき、新年は1月6日（火）から営業とさせていただきます。
1月6日以降、煎茶を頼まれた先着10名様には、縁起のよい「大福茶（おおぶくちゃ）」として結び昆布と小梅を一緒にご提供いたします◎
大福茶は京都・関西を中心に親しまれているお正月の縁起茶で、旧年中の邪気を払い、新年の無病息災を願っていただきます。
CHASHITSUの煎茶は元々しっかりとしたうま味をお楽しみいただけるお茶ですので、昆布や小梅はあまり主張の強くないものをセレクトしました。昆布や小梅はもちろん、茶葉はお醤油をつけておひたしにしてお召し上がりいただけます。
CHASHITSU time will be closed from Friday, December 26, 2025 to Monday, January 5, 2026, and we will reopen on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
From January 6 onward, the first 10 guests who order sencha green tea will receive it as “Ōbukucha” (Good Fortune Tea), served with tied kelp and a small pickled plum as a New Year’s blessing.
Ōbukucha is a traditional New Year’s good-luck tea enjoyed mainly in Kyoto and the Kansai region. It is drunk to ward off misfortune from the previous year and to pray for health and good fortune in the year ahead.
Our sencha already has a rich umami flavor, so we selected kelp and plum that are gentle in taste. You can enjoy the kelp, plum, and even the tea leaves themselves—dip them in a little soy sauce and enjoy them like a light side dish.
