You’ll also have the chance to sample other popular Japanese teas besides matcha.
This workshop will surely make exploring tea culture in Japan even more enjoyable.

■ About the Matcha Used in This Workshop
We will use single-farm matcha from Wazuka, Kyoto.
Among the various grades produced there, we have selected a tea with a clear, approachable bitterness that pairs especially well with milk.
On the day of the workshop, we will also have matcha, other tea leaves, and bamboo whisks (chasen) available for purchase.
