\Let’s Revive Broken Vessels by Kintsugi!/

“Kintsugi” is the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted with powdered gold.
Traditional Kintsugi, using real lacquer, involves multiple sessions and is often expensive, but this workshop is a safe and easy session for beginners.
You can complete the repair in a few hours using new lacquer and resin, which do not cause rashes.

May the events you regret as failures turn into enjoyment.
It will surely become a more memorable vessel.

*If you do not have a vessel you would like to kintsugi, you can purchase one from us.

You may bring multiple vessels and discuss with the instructor to decide which one to fix this time. If you have concerns, please contact us through CHASHITSU time’s social network account. If you don’t have any chipped vessels, you can acquire one in the following ways:

  • Purchase vessels from the instructor (¥300-500, please let us know at the time of reservation)

  • Ask your friends and acquaintances for chipped vessels.
