Do any of you feel that way?

There is a word for this in Japan: “May Disease”.
It is a time when stress builds up due to fatigue, anxiety, and tension without our knowing it.

This time, we will hold “Park Yoga,” where you can get out of the cafe and move your body comfortably.
Let’s get away from the daily routine and feel the sun, plants, trees, wind, and other natural elements while tuning your mind and body.

The yoga instructor is NAOMI, who has 20 years of experience in yoga.
Please feel free to join us with such a relaxed feeling as “Let’s give it a try.”

Includes CHASHITSU’s take-out drink, “tranparent barley tea.”
Barley tea is rich in minerals and has a relaxing effect, making it perfect after a workout.

■Yoga Contents
This is a basic yoga class that is practiced slowly and with awareness of the breath.
In the beautiful fresh green surroundings, let’s release your mind and body from daily life and sharpen your senses with Park Yoga.
Let’s begin by listening to the voice of your body! Let’s get started.

Utsubo Park, Rose Garden, where there is a fountain

1,000 yen (with transparent barley tea)

Free of charge for elementary school students and younger.

Wear comfortable clothes (there is no place to change clothes)
Yoga mat or bath towel
Drink for rehydration

Hat, sunglasses, etc. if needed
