This is a tea room where you can brew your own tea using authentic tea utensils and unique tea leaves.
There is no formal etiquette nor need to brew correctly.
Please enjoy yourself as much as you like.

On the table is a tea kettle full of hot water, your choice of tea leaves,
authentic tea utensils, and tips on how to brew it to your liking.

“Does matcha taste different when it is very frothy or not?”
“I like the bitter taste, so I might try steeping it a little longer.”

Please brew at your leisure so that you can find a tea that makes you say, “this is good!”

How to Use

This is a time-based café where the price varies depending on the length of stay.
Advance reservations are recommended as sweets and tea utensils are limited.

*Advance reservations are accepted until 5:30 p.m. the day before. After that, last minute seat reservation will be accepted.

For those who are worried that you might break tea utensils.
Don’t worry. Things will break someday, and the touch of people and the aging process will deepen the taste of things.
Please do not hesitate to come and join us,
as we will have more fun with Kintsugi (Japanese traditional repairing method with gold lacquer)
even if you break tea utensils.

Japanese tea lattes are also available for takeout only. Please feel free to order from the takeout counter.
